Masterplan redevelopment of the administrative centre of Ninove

We were selected to make a proposal for the redevelopment of a complex in Ninove that combines city hall, police station, post office, office building, and peace court.

The masterplan aims to create a contemporary hub that strengthens the community by leveraging surrounding landscape features, urban assets, and development potential. A dense program mix maximizes adaptability to attract development and finances public facilities upgrades.
